I recently signed up for a new PayPal account and I have been receiving marketing emails from Paypal that would not stop. Here is how to unsubscribe quickly and easily.
When you log into you PayPal account there is no easy place to unsubscribe. I first looked in Settings > Notifications however the only options were these:
There was no link anywhere to change marketing email preferences. And when I clicked the “unsubscribe” link in the emails themselves I was taken to a broken link.
It took some sleuthing but eventually I figured out that this URL will take you to the PayPal marketing email options: https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/settings/notifications/marketing
Simply uncheck every box and then click Save. And you’ll be unsubscribed from PayPal marketing emails. You’ll still get important account emails.
