Where is that refresh key on chromebooks?!! Well it’s hiding in plain site!
Open up your Chromebook and take a look at the keyboard. Regardless of which Chromebook you have the top row of buttons should look something like this:
ESC BUTTON1 BUTTON2 BUTTON3
On every Chromebook I’ve ever seen it is the forth button across on the top row that is the refresh button. And on most Chromebooks the button is even labeled with the twisted arrow icon that symbolizes the refresh function.
It looks like this:
It may also be called F3.

chromebook hisense c11 power cord problem does not seem to hold in tightly have to wiggle it around to make it start the charge do i need a new power cord
Ok, many of my buttons will not work. I have spilt all sorts of things. In trying to fix the power button i broke the plastic button, then the white plastic nipple went south. While trying to press with a bent needle I did extra damage. Ok, I don’t think I’m as bright as I used to. Good news! I set opening to wake up machine so when it shut down or lost wi-fi (in same room as router) I could shut down, close and open screen and just put in pin( at least those buttons are ok) and I could push mouse on v mark on screen to enter. (Btw, it is hp G4). New problem. Screen didn’t come on today. I guess something was on keyboard when i shut it- near arrow keys, and alt, control, etc. Right now I’m trying to wear down machine to turn off, when I hope to plug it in and then open cover and be back on you tube. But it is taking forever. I have it charging my phone and running a fan pad. Is there a faster way to do this? I realize that maybe I’m not supposed to be touching it anymore, but…..
Ours doesnt have that refresh button. What else could it be?
The Asus C101PA is a fantastic bit of hardware… BUT… charging is CRAP!

I finally forced my chrome book to turn off because it was just a blank screen and you couldn’t get on it from what you told me I did what it said but now it will not come back on what do I do
