Computers used to come with a Windows CD or DVD. Not anymore. But here is how you can easily create your own Windows 10 DVD.
Almost no computer company bundles a Windows 10 DVD or CD with their computer system. Heck many computers nowadays don’t even come with a CD/DVD drive anymore!
But if you want a Windows 10 disk in case you need to reinstall Windows 10 in the future here is how to do it:
First you need to download the Windows 10 disk file from the Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO
You’ll have the option to choose 32 bit or 64 bit depending on what your computer runs.
Once the download finishes run the file. Place a DVD into your DVD Drive.
Choose “Create installation media for another PC” from the options offered.
The software will burn the DVD for you. Place the DVD into a safe place.
